A casket spray is a floral arrangement that is placed on or inside a casket during a funeral or memorial service to honor the life of a loved one. Casket sprays can be half or full, depending on how much of the casket they cover. Half sprays are smaller and easier for funeral home staff to move, while full sprays cover the entire length of a closed casket. Inside casket sprays are often placed in the lid of the casket.
