They helped me with a last minute order on their second busiest day of the year. I had some special design requests that they helped me with and they went above and beyond with the note that accompanied it even though it was out of the norm for what they usually do. So grateful for the extra effort they put in to accommodate me. They don't know how much it meant to the person they were delivered to.

I ordered a large arrangement for my friend's celebration of life, but I ordered it the delivery for a week earlier by mistake. When I realized, I called them the day of the delivery and they said it wasn't a problem and they changed it to the next week. Now that's real service and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. This is a great business!

I live in Seattle. My mother lives in Idaho Falls. I ordered flowers for delivery on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. My mother was not home for that delivery. This wonderful store went back on Sunday (their only day off) and delivered the flowers. Service does not get better than that. Thank you to the Rose Shop. Best florist in Idaho.

This is a lovely flower shop in Idaho Falls, ID. I recently received a bouquet for my anniversary from my husband that was beyond stunning. When the roses died too quickly, I reached out to them, and they replaced them the same day. It was such wonderful customer service and the flowers are beautiful. They were able to accommodate my husband's custom request as well. Such a wonderful local business. I will support them in the future for my Idaho flower needs!

Great experience and overall customer service! Simply gave them a budget and a general idea what I was looking for and they built a gorgeous arrangement that was truly loved by the recipient for a very important occasion. They even sent a text and quick video of it before delivering. Highly recommended!

Hello. I am a first time customer from New York. I ordered flowers for a loved one outside of Idaho Falls. The driver was wonderful and made every attempt to make the delivery and in 95 degree weather! I saw a picture of the arrangement. Just gorgeous! Thank you for bringing a smile to many faces!

I've been a repeat customer for nearly 20 years. Had our wedding reception here a long time ago and they did a phenomenal job. It's a great venue for hosting higher-end events. Since then, I've made a number of floral purchases from them and the thing that stands out the most is that all of the flowers I buy from them seem to all last significantly longer and stay fresher than the flowers I've purchased from anywhere else. Not sure how they do, but the flowers seem to last forever. If it's important enough to warrant flowers, then it's important enough to get them from the right place like The Rose Shop!

I called in from out of town for a basket arrangement for a funeral the next day. Nothing but wonderful service and the arrangement turned out beautifully. The designer exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I called them less than 24hrs before my father in law's funeral to order a casket spray and boutonniere's. They were so friendly and got everything done intime. Also the casket spray was breathtaking it truly exceeded our expectations!

When you walk in here ...oh the smell of roses is amazing. Great place for a more high end event with a smaller crowd looking at it from a catering standpoint.. A hidden gem in Idaho falls for sure. The staff is amazing as well.
